La Junta Electoral de Madrid prohíbe la concentración convocada por Acampada de Sol (MADRID, 18 May. (EUROPA PRESS)

La Junta Electoral Provincial de Madrid ha prohibido la concentración convocada a las 20 horas de este miércoles por miembros del movimiento autodenominado 'Acampada de Sol' porque "puede afectar a la campaña electoral y a la libertad de los ciudadanos al ejercicio de voto", según han confirmado a Europa Press fuentes de la propia institución.

Concretamente, el organismo que vigila por el buen cumplimiento de la campaña electoral ha emitido un informe, que ha trasladado a la Delegación del Gobierno y a las partes afectadas, en el que argumenta que acuerda que "no autorizará" esta convocatoria, que se ha organizado a modo de 'asamblea' para debatir los pasos a tomar por el colectivo que permanece en la Puerta del Sol desde las 20 horas de ayer martes.

La Junta Electoral argumenta que no concurren "causas extraordinarias y graves" de justifiquen la urgencia en esta convocatoria "ya que las elecciones están convocadas desde el día 29 de marzo de 2011". Y es que, según la legislación vigente, se debe comunicar una concentración o manifestación con al menos 10 días de margen pero, si los motivos son de alta necesidad o urgencia, puede comunicarse con el estrecho margen de 24 horas. Este organismo opina que no concurren dichas causas...
